DETAILS ON THE RATES:
- All rates are ONE-WAY and priced Per-Vehicle, not per passenger.
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to the full fare.
- A standard 20% chauffeur gratuity is automatically added to all reservations.
- Additional booking or service fees may apply to reservations made through hotels, travel agencies, or wholesalers.
- Rates are subject to change during peak travel periods and holiday seasons. Last-minute and same-day reservations may be subject to higher pricing based on availability.
- Complimentary child safety seats are available upon request at no additional charge.
- Complimentary onboard Wi-Fi is available in select vehicles.
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
- A 10% early/late service fee applies to rides scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Pickups or drop-offs at Vail Valley Jet Center (FBO) and NetJets are subject to a $50 gate access fee.
- Hourly local transportation is available upon request with a 4-hour minimum. (LUXURY SUV & EXECUTIVE VAN)
